5. Want to write, perform in or direct a Drama ?

6. Write, direct and perform your own drama! No, you don't have to act if you don't want to, but if you sign up you will be expected to write, direct and help each other! You will work in groups to produce some fun plots & storylines and at the end of the course you can have your work performed by eager performers! Senior students will play a mentoring role throughout the year, working closely with S2 pupils Do you feel you have something to say to the world? Are you determined to make a difference and leave your mark? Creating a drama is a very satisfying way of expressing yourself and having your say!

8. Media  Do you enjoy recording, editing and creating your own media?  Do you like using technology to be creative?  Or perhaps you like being in front of the camera?

15. STEM - CDT For pupils interested in developing their knowledge and practical skills within all areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Enter the First Lego league which is a national and international competition using cutting edge programmable robots from the Lego Mindstorms EV3 range. The rewards for all are simple: activities aimed at raising skill levels; experiences which will enhance your understanding of a range of courses throughout the school; leadership activities; children’s university involvement and accreditation; CREST award; STEM award (great for the CV!)

16. Art Get Creative with Art and Design! Not only will you be involved with interesting and fun art and design projects, but you will also get an opportunity to decorate the school for big events such as the Christmas Concert.

The Quad Squad  A chance to do some practical work in the quad (depending on the weather) Our Aims are  Learning about garden maintenance  Planning and designing a garden – we will be involved in the design of the garden of the new school  Working towards eco-school status as well as awards from other organisations  Planting and growing various types of plants  Marketing and selling our produce  Eating some for ourselves! Not suitable for people who scream and run at the sight of hard work, dirt or a creepy crawlie!
