We have set out what defines a Queen’s leader in terms of the behaviours required to both lead and manage. How will the Leadership and Management Excellence programme help develop me? Programme is rooted in Queen’s key strategic intentions and challenges: Lead, Inspire, Deliver – modules addressing key management/leadership behaviours grouped under these themes. “One University” – collaboration and collegiality through mixed groups and peer learning sessions. Being more ambitious – programme requires you to deliver a real difference in your area through delivery of a challenging project. Focus on self awareness and performance – 360 degree feedback
