Performance Summary Ozone performance is good particularly in the region covered by the 12-km grid. PM performance is good at most IMPROVE sites (e.g., Shining Rock and Great Smoky Mt.) in the 12-km grid. –Sulfate was underestimated at Shenandoah. on July 15th. –The model overestimates crustal material. –Ammonium performance will be re-evaluated after correcting ammonia emissions. Acid deposition performance is not very good. –In part, related to our ability to model precipitation
