How we are different Pro bono Service: our focus is on delivering specialized IT skills to the nonprofit sector Project Scopes: Project scopes are pre-defined and chosen by nonprofits Typical projects last about 10 to 24 hours and can be done virtually High impact, short term IT projects Intelligent Connections: Volunteers are connected to nonprofits based on their profiles Concierge Service: assisting volunteers and nonprofits
10
Types of projects
12
Project examples Nonprofit: Hale House Center Corporation: NYSE Euronext Project : Computer Installation & Networking "Getting these computers and then having the right volunteers to set them up and get them running has been a godsend. Those two volunteers were like two celebrities walking through the door. I was more excited to see them than if Brad Pitt or Leonardo DiCaprio walked through the door!" - Mildred, COO, Hale House
13
Project examples Nonprofit: Union Settlement Corporation: JPMorgan Chase Project : IT Hardware Asset Management Union Settlement had hundreds of IT assets throughout its 11 sites across NYC and needed to execute a full IT Asset Management Project. JPMorgan Chase helped Union Settlement develop an inventory tracking process and successfully tagged their IT assets across all sites. Since then, Union Settlement has been able to perform life- cycle management of their IT assets throughout the organization, allowing them to make informed purchasing & operational decisions.

15
Project examples Nonprofit: Palo Alto Library Foundation Corporation: Accenture Project : Salesforce Database & Design "The project made a huge difference, making us more efficient and able to reach our goal to supply furniture, computers and books for our new libraries. Even though our volunteer was far away from Palo Alto, California, he made a big impact here." - Lynn, ED, Palo Alto Library Foundation
16
Project examples Nonprofit: Ghetto Film School Corporation: JPMorgan Chase Project : Google Ad Words GFS needed help configuring and maximizing their Google AdWords Account to boost general awareness, direct traffic to their newly rebranded website, and increase student applications and online donations.
