To create a new folder, select the folder that says “Mailbox – Your Name”. Select New Folder. Type the name of the folder. Then select the folder this folder is going to be under. Select OK. The new folder will appear in the panel.

This will create a folder. –Type the name of the folder. Selecting from the menu. –In some Windows views, there is a menu located on the side panel (usually on the left) with a few icons. One of these icons is Make a new folder. This will make a new folder and then you can enter the name. Hit Enter or select outside the folder when you are done.
