6 Methodology All surveys were completed by telephone in January 2012. There are 400 completed surveys nationally. Survey respondents were selected on a random probability basis. The sampling error the overall sample is +/-5.0% at two standard deviations (a 95% confidence level). Survey respondents closed a “minimum” of $10MM in residential real estate sales in 2011.
