9.  Student feedback from the Intelligent Mail ® University was overwhelmingly positive.  Will travel to 2 more cities  I’ve made three recommendations

11.  Selected cities will be announced in the near future.  St. Andrew’s, Rome, and Paris are doubtful.  I don’t get to go anyway.

12.  Several presentations are nearly ready for posting to RIBBS.  Adobe Captivate has been ordered.
