14. Rate reduction calculated in class From an attendee’s parking lot 250,000 sq ft Before training they would typically apply 1,500 lbs of rock salt a day following a storm Training recommends 150 lbs Projected Reductions up to 90%

15. Rate reduction calculated in class From an attendee’s parking lot 10,000 sq ft Before training they would typically apply 400 lbs of rock salt a day following a storm Training recommends 25 lbs Projected Reductions up to 94%

16. Real Reductions of 50-75% Ridgedale Mall Parking Lot/ Sidewalks/ Service Roads 80 acres BIG! Before training they would typically apply 10-12 tons of rock salt following a one day storm event Since training they have been concentrating on mechanical removal and are applying 3- 5 tons of rock salt following a one day storm event. They say there is still room for improvement but they are excited about the changes they have tried so far.
