SNOW SPOTTING GUIDELINES www.weatherworksinc.com1-800-427-3456 1)Be sure to measure in a location that is flat and open Ex. Patio, Deck, Top of car, Grass (last resort) -The best option would be to place a 2 x 2 ft light-colored board in the area at the start of the season and measure on the board

SNOW SPOTTING GUIDELINES www.weatherworksinc.com1-800-427-3456 2) As soon as the snow has ended, try to take at least 5 measurements in the area for an average snow accumulation In cases with severe drifting, take an average of the drifted areas and then an average of the scoured areas. 3) Measurements should be made to the nearest tenth of an inch (ex. 4.3 inches)
