Breathing Air Components Multistage Pressure Gages Every 15 minutes of operation the dump valve will open and the condensation will be forced into two collection jars and ultimately into the reservoir. When this happens you will see a momentary drop in pressure on the 2-3-4 stage’s pressure gages. Normal.

Breathing Air Safety Tip: Watch your fingers here as you rotate the cylinders in and out. Definite Pinch Point.
14
Breathing Air Components SCBA Bottles simply thread into this fitting and hang free on the SCBAs valve body. When removing a filled bottle this is your pressure drain valve to free up the threads. There is 1 adapter hose for filling SCUBA tanks

Breathing Air Good Look at the Revolving Door Fill Station. Do not forget to close your Bleed valve before you rotate it close. If you do forget, you will hear it Immediately after you push down the lock/unlock lever. This locking Lever also controls an internal air fill valve.

Breathing Air The X4 Control Screen functions are being sent to Mike Lorton. They are copies of the Scott manual pertaining to its functions. He will post them with this Power Point. They are much better explained than by me. Easy system to use. The Compressor is relatively quit. Note: Before we begin to fill bottles the VSP room Ventilator Fan must be turned on and BOTH ventilation Vent hatches opened. (intake and exhaust) Located P&S at the Main deck Doorways.
