3. The Dutch Radio Amateurs: There are about 13.000 hams in The Netherlands, from with we think more or less 50 % active. We have about 500 participants who volunteered for training and certification. Why an organisation? To prevent that 10,000 hams, meaning well, run in to one and other ‘DARES organised her participants regionally, like the government. Both national and international we focus the communication needs to wat is needed by government and other parties.
