1. Instructions for Administrators Choose the Enrollment slide decks that match your environment, either for SaaS or On Premise. Edit the red text to match your users’ environment. You may want to change it to white after editing. Delete this slide. Save the slideshow as a PDF to make it easier for users to view it. Distribute the PDFs and links to the enrollment video to users.

3. Before you begin… If you already have a corporate email account on the device, you need to remove it before you set up LetMobile. To remove the account, tap Settings > email+accounts. Press and hold on the name of the account you want to delete, then tap Delete.

5. This isn’t your work password. Create a new password that is easy to type on a mobile device. Create a new LetMobile account with your work email address

6. Choose the closest match for your device type. Provide the username and password you use to log in at work. If you have Office 365 or Google Apps, provide your entire email address as your username.

7. When you are prompted, install the LetMobile app from the Windows Store. Either search for ‘LetMobile’ or use this QR code: http://apps.microsoft.com/windows/en-us/app/31ea52ee-5ce1- 4386-ab9d-88df58e7af2b

8. Follow the instructions on the screen to set up the account on your device. (The screen will look similar, but have your credentials.) Don’t forget to click this Next button when you’re done! If you don’t get an email and password field, try tapping Exchange instead of Outlook.

9. LetMobile takes a minute to verify your account, then you can view your emails in the email app.

10. You can now view email from your device!
