Where’s the Specification Document? l The Unified Process is use-case driven –The use cases and the artifacts derived from them replace the traditional textual specification document l The client must be shown each use case and associated artifacts, both diagrammatic and textual –These UML diagrams convey to the client more information more accurately than the traditional specification document –The set of UML diagrams can also play the same role as the traditional specification document
