3 Experience in research PhD Thesis European continent: publish PhD Thesis as a book (good publishers that publish for free) refereed papers in good journals (ESF rating international I or II) achieve good balance between central, broad topics and new topics, avoid too much specialisation

4 Experience in mobility participation in conferences: big conferences as well as workshops on area of specialisation experience at foreign universities: stages during or after PhD Thesis
