Hope you enjoy our PowerPoint presentation!!! Wind turbines, solar panels and hydro electricity.!!! and hydro electricity.!!!

This is how solar panel’s work Silicon is mounted beneath non- reflective glass to produce photovoltaic panels. These panels collect photons from the sun, converting them into DC electrical power. The power created then flows into an inverter. The inverter transforms the power into basic voltage and AC electrical power.

This is how wind turbines work. The terms wind energy or wind power describe the process by which the wind is used to generate mechanical power or electricity. Wind turbines convert the kinetic energy in the wind into mechanical power. This mechanical power can be used for specific tasks (such as grinding grain or pumping water) or a generator can convert this mechanical power into electricity.
5
How hydro electricity works? Thousands of years ago, people first used the power of moving water to turn water wheels to grind grain and corn. Today’s hydro plants are based on a similar idea. They use simple mechanics to convert the energy contained in moving water into electricity.Thousands of years ago, people first used the power of moving water to turn water wheels to grind grain and corn.
