2. CURRENT EUSD STUDENT COMPUTERS Student Computers: Currently students have computers that approximately 5+ years old. The systems are out of warranty and they’re starting to have issues with hardware failures and persistent slow response times. We do not have enough computers to support the Common Core testing requirements that will be in place for 2014/2015 school year.

Student Computer Plan repair and re-purpose the old teacher and staff computers for student use in classrooms purchase 4 laptop carts to be shared between ESS and Anna Yates for Common Core testing utilize the N-computing terminals to expand our ability to do Common Core testing MAC mini computers with both Windows and OSX installed for the computer labs lab management application to be setup and utilized to help with productivity and classroom management New locks will be purchased to secure the hardware

7. Server file server is over 10 years old and needs to be replaced. The systems HD’s are at capacity. purchase a new file server that is capable of storing District files as well as streaming multimedia to the classroom
