Data Teams Once every two weeks during our grade level plan time we will meet to discuss achievement data within a specific skill. This is a great way for our team to collaborate and discuss various strategies to improve student success. The students will have data notebooks for each subject area so they can set goals and track their own success. We will be sending these notebooks home so you can see their success as well! We are really excited to expand on these notebooks this year!
