CRITERIA  Use a pencil to trace around the circle pattern to draw the head.  Use a ruler to divide the head in half.  Finish drawing the cat using basic shapes.  Use warm colored oil pastels to color in the shapes, then add accents and background with cool colors  Tint colors with white.  Save the black outline and background for last to prevent smearing.
