11. Issues/Challenges and Solutions for full roll- out of ISSNIP

12. 1.Delivery of Services under ISSNIP in the absence of adequate infra-structure at the grass-root level. 2.Adherence to the time frame. 3.Universalisation of ICDS – a pre-requisite for successful roll out of ISSNIP. 4.Overlapping of Mission and ISSNIP districts- potential risk of duplicacy. Limited capacity of staff to understand and differentiate between Mission and ISSNIP. Additional burden on Sevikas. 5.Development of a Baseline for all components will be time consuming. Learning’s from existing pilots in the State could serve as a Baseline. Issues/ Challenges
