Concept Based on a ISU judging system that has IOC approval Possibility of phase by phase implementation Improved objectivity of marking Improved transparency Better understanding of judging by IOC, media and public Provides constructive feedback to athletes and trainers

Changes needed Establishing the criteria - clear definitions Establishing a numerical marking scale Changing the format of the competition Creating appropriate software and hardware Changing the mindset of all participants involved
