3. Benefits of Using GoogleDocs (and GoogleApps) All the programs and applications are free! There is no user license fee, and as many people as you want can use it. Students can collaborate on projects in real time. Students can see others' comments in the history. Information isn't stored in a computer's memory, but in a "cloud," where it can be accessed from any PC or Mac computer in the world at any time. All the programs and applications are intuitive, and most are based on programs and applications students already use.
