Our mission and objectives The UWF strives to help women’s civil society organizations (CSOs) to play active role in development of democratic society that provides equality, justice and ensure human rights. Objectives of the Fund are: to develop a culture of philanthropy for women’s empowerment in Ukraine to ensure that women’s movements are seeing as integral parts of civil society in Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus to enhance women’s participation in decision-making at different levels to increase public attention to issues of human rights, diversity, and gender equality
