4. . Our Journey Begins A 40 y.o. female patient arrives in your emergency department after falling at home. She was self transferring OOB to her wheel chair by pivoting when the fall occurred. She c/o pain & swelling right shoulder & knee. PMHX-MS (numbness right UE & LE, blurred vision, bowel & bladder dysfunction, lack of coordination Social history: unemployed Husband & family perform stand pivot transfer as needed OOB, to commode and shower chair. Patient occasionally ambulates with rolling walker.
