10. www.afford-inks.com Conclusions Inkjet printing has developed from marking/ coding and home / office applications into wide format, textile, ceramic and many specialist industrial applications Inkjet printing will continue to develop in terms of speed, reliability, and functionality of the inks and fluids it can jet These changes will enable inkjet printing to grow to become the most dominant technology – by value of articles printed – in a wide range of industrial applications In some cases, inkjet will partially replace analogue printing technologies such as screen, offset, flexo, gravure, letterpress and pad.
