Complaint or Grievance Interviews Airing of complaints or grievances Opportunities for communication and growth for the company

Disciplinary Interviews Type of complaint hearing Major outcome is a reprimand

Group Interviews Group format of an interview Can be either one interviewer and many interviewees, or vice versa

Exit interviews Happens when an employee is preparing to leave the organization Helps to gather informative feedback that will help the organization improve

Telephone Interviews Economical way to have an interview, rather than face-to-face

Videoconference Interviews Another economical way of having an interview Usually conducted via Skype or other technologies

Media Interviews If your job is the position of communicating with the media, you must be able to look and sound excellent to represent the organization well
