Core Values Our vision is to propagate ethical leadership by providing education, training, and resources to equip Pastors and Christian leaders in the following areas: Passionate Spirituality – Knowing the disciplines required to live a purposeful life, enhancing spiritual maturation, and exhibiting skills required to mentor others effectively Profound Knowledge – Acquiring and applying Biblical standards and best practices which effectively and ethically change organizations and people to achieve their full potential Ethical Conduct/Servant Leadership – Understanding authority from a Christian perspective, modeling the use of appropriate inquiry, and distinguishing between acceptable and best practices in ethical dilemmas

Identification of Needs
Pastoral Stats 1500 pastors quit each month due to moral failure, spiritual burnout or conflict - 50% divorce - 50% feel trapped in their career - 85% will leave the ministry within the first 5 years - 90% state their experience does not meet their expectations 70% question their calling after the first 3 years 40% have extra marital affairs and many more are tempted 70% do not have a close friend, confidant, or mentor

4 Areas of Mentoring Spiritual work: On road / off road disciplines
Cognitive work: Learning Culture; learning new things and unlearning old things, understanding new ideas, and re-thinking faulty beliefs. Feelings work: Learning to resolve emotional issues. Behavior work: Identifying behavior patterns, taking responsibility for one’s behavior, structuring life for change, making it easy to do the right thing and hard to do the wrong thing, and exercising group support and accountability.

Humility: Recognition of one’s own deficiencies (brokenness) Emotional Honesty: Emotions are indicators of heart condition Meekness /Teachability: Prepared to receive the assistance of others Desire to Change/Hungry: I am not prepared to go on living the way I am Pure Motives/Internal Honesty: Determined to discover every unhealthy way within me

(cont) INCOME BASED ON A FIRST FISCAL YEAR POOL OF 100 MENTORS AND 200 MENTEES, THERE WILL BE AN INITIAL MINIMUM FUND PROJECTION OF: MENTEE FEES $ MENTEE PROGRAM FEE $20,000.00 MENTOR FEE $10,000.00 TOTAL MINIMUM REVENUES $35,000.00

(cont) INCOME BASED ON HOW MANY ENTER INTO THE SKILL SOFT SYSTEM, THE REVENUE CAN INCREASE ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF HOURS TAKEN. BASED ON ALL MINIMUM CRITERIA, THE END OF THE FIRST YEAR DEBIT/CREDIT ANALYSIS PROJECTS A $51, DEFICIT. IF 100 MENTEES TAKE ONE 3 HOUR SKILL SOFT COURSE IN THE 1ST YEAR, THIS WILL GENERATE $75, THIS SKILL SOFT AMOUNT PUT TO THE PROJECTED DEFICIT WILL GENERATE A NET PROFIT OF $24,
