Time consuming process of negotiation. aaXchange Process Appraisals are submitted electronically. Permanent record of all appraisals with photos. All necessary persons have quick access to appraisal values.

3 3 Simple Salesperson Steps Login: salesperson’s user ID and password. Key in basic vehicle and customer information on Vehicle Detail page. Click “Add Vehicle” to submit your vehicle for appraisal.

4 Login using your User ID and Password. Your User ID is typically your first initial and full last name, with your password being the last four digits of your Social Security Number. However, your User ID may be customized due to duplication. Please see your sales manager or call Support Services for details. You may start a new appraisal by entering the VIN of the car you want to have appraised in the VIN entry box. You may still log in without entering a VIN in this box.

5 Vehicle Detail Page Enter the basic vehicle information starting with mileage. Choose vehicle colors, select the body type, interior type, and transmission type. Enter all of the customer information into the boxes provided. You may use the tab key to move between fields. You may also enter lender information if you have this available. Last, don’t forget to check the appropriate boxes for an altered title, altered odometer, or a site unseen vehicle. When finished entering data, click “Add Vehicle”.

6 Main Portal Your appraisal has now been electronically sent to the pre-owned appraiser for evaluation. You will notice that there is a pending appraisal in the alerts column. This is the same alert that your appraiser will see on his/her screen. You will also notice the vehicle appraisal list on the left column. This will display all of the vehicles that you have had appraised for your customers in the past. You may obtain further information by simply clicking on the vehicle’s electronic entry. You may change customer information at any time by simply clicking on the desired vehicle and editing the existing information. Click ‘Update’ to store your changes.

7 You may obtain an appraisal sheet for a particular vehicle by clicking on one of your appraised vehicles. Click on the text titled “Appraisal Sheet”. This provides all of the information gathered on the appraised vehicle. This report is also printable at any time by clicking the “Print” button. Appraisal Report

8 Another useful report is the Salesperson Customer Report. You may obtain this report by clicking the text titled “Customer List” from your main menu. This report provides contact information for all of your previous customers. You may use this as a quick search for contact information. Customer Lists

9 Final Notes You may access our site at home or anywhere there is Internet access by typing http://vms.aaxchange.com in the address bar. Always log out of the system when you are finished. Please call the Support Services Help Line at 1.800.333.1189 immediately to report any problems or questions. Remember to always enter your appraisals using the aaXchange Vehicle Management System.
