4. Performance and self-evaluation ‘improvements in performance’ was evaluated as good in ?% and very good in ?%. ‘Improving Services’ was evaluated as good or better in ?%.

5. Performance and self-evaluation In only 32% of inspections ‘improvements in performance’ was evaluated as good and in only 3% was it very good. In only 35% of inspections ‘Improving Services’ was evaluated as good or better. Of this number four were very good and 2 were excellent.
