3 Created and implemented a Raising Attainment Plan (RAP) which targeted the development points identified by Ofsted. The RAP includes clear criteria for focussed and stringent monitoring by senior leaders, subject leaders and governors to ensure improvements are secured, and next steps are identified. Commissioned a NLE to carry out a Review of Pupil Premium at the school. This has resulted in the design and implementation of a new ‘3-Layered’ Pupil Premium Strategy, which is led by David Aston. Commissioned the LA to carry out a Review of Governance at the school, which has led to the appointment of a Link Governor for Pupil Premium; a restructuring of governor meetings, to ensure a clear focus on raising standards; and governor participation in weekly ‘Evidence Capture’ meetings with the Head and Deputy. Undergone an Ofsted Section 8 Monitoring Inspection Visit by a HMI on 25 th June, 2015

10 Redefine role of the Assistant Headteacher To lead on pastoral care across the school To lead on Behaviour and Safety across the school To become the school’s Educational Visits Coordinator (EVC) Create a Pupil Premium Team Leader role To lead the school’s provision for disadvantaged pupils, (including managing the PP budget, ensuring the implementation of the PP strategy, and being accountable for the outcomes for disadvantaged pupils across the school) Redefine the Year Teams across KS1 & KS2 EYFS to remain a single team Years 1, 2 and 3 to become a single team Years 4, 5 and 6 to become a single team Literacy and Numeracy Subject Leaders Additional release time to enable Lit and Num SLs to implement their Action Plans

12  Support your child in their learning – particularly in developing a love of reading.  Attend school events, open afternoons, curriculum sessions etc.  Keep in touch with your child’s teachers.  Continue to believe in the school.
