3. Created and implemented a Raising Attainment Plan (RAP) which targeted the development points identified by Ofsted. The RAP includes clear criteria for focussed and stringent monitoring by senior leaders, subject leaders and governors to ensure improvements are secured, and next steps are identified. Commissioned a NLE to carry out a Review of Pupil Premium at the school. This has resulted in the design and implementation of a new ‘3-Layered’ Pupil Premium Strategy, which is led by David Aston. Commissioned the LA to carry out a Review of Governance at the school, which has led to the appointment of a Link Governor for Pupil Premium; a restructuring of governor meetings, to ensure a clear focus on raising standards; and governor participation in weekly ‘Evidence Capture’ meetings with the Head and Deputy. Undergone an Ofsted Section 8 Monitoring Inspection Visit by a HMI on 25 th June, 2015
