Saint George On the year of 280 George was born. On April 23 is his feast day. Because he realized being Christian was more important is why he became a Christian.

Saint George. 3 important facts The figure of Saint George and the Dragon is a symbol of Christian courage. Saint George was chosen patron saint of England by the first Norman Kings. Saint George was a soldier that rose to a high rank in the Roman army.

Saint George. I chose this saint because he is the patron saint of Boy Scouts and I am a Boy Scout. To be more like this saint I should learn more about him and try and do the things he did.

Saint George. O Lord, we acclaim your mighty and humbly pray. Just as Saint George imitated the Lord’s passion, so let him come to the aid of our weakness.

The name of your Saint goes here. George became Christian. England’s patron saint. On the year of 303 he was beheaded. Resigned his position in the army. George is one of the great martyrs. Emperor Diocletian honored George for his great bravery.
