Important Dates 11/19/09 – Purge & Remove Personal Items 11/2 & 11/20 Boxes/Cart Delivery & Packing Movers will deliver only boxes during week of 11/2. It is critical that ALL boxes/carts are labeled correctly. Additional standard and specialty boxes will be available on 12/20 to address remaining items to move. 11/24 – Teacher Orientation/Tour. 12/21 - Dedication and Student Orientation.

Important Dates 12/22 Library Pack & Delivery The movers will arrive on December 22nd to assist in packing and then deliver library materials and equipment by 12/23. It is important that the library carts are unpacked in a timely manner. It is ideal to turn the carts over by 1/8/09. 12/23, 24, and 28 Move [54 staff, classrooms, & equipment] The WSD IT Manager to shut down technology and will reconnect at new sight. The staff shall end their day with final packing complete by end of day on December 22rd. The movers will arrive on December 23rd and 24th to pick up and delivery materials to new location. The movers will return on December 28th if necessary to complete the move. Staff can return as early as 12/29 to start unpacking if desired and approved by Move Leader.

Important Note In order for the movers to maintain their move schedule, it is required that staff do not be in either the existing or new building while the move is going on.

Key Move Instructions BOX DELIVERY = Wescott Jr. High Auxiliary Gym Boxes and other moving devices will be delivered to Auxiliary Gym for staff to retrieve. John Vancelette and his crew will assist when needed to get packing material to staff. LOST & FOUND = TECH ROOM #A205 Items without a label will be moved to the Lost and Found area and this should be the first place you check if you cannot locate an item or a box that should have been moved to your new area. If you are unsuccessful in locating an item, please notify Allan Bickford. EMPTIED BOX/CART RETURN AREAS by 1/15/10 1st Floor = RM #A112 Building Storage 2nd Floor = RM #A205 Tech 3rd Floor = RM Commons Area
