3.  Due to a network outage on Monday and Tuesday we will NOT be able to test those days.  There are additional testing slots opened up including two lunch sessions for students in Drivers ed.  Please check Sign Up Genius for the updates.  If you have not signed up for a bus by Monday you will be assigned one.  Dance team and cheerleaders DO NOT need to sign up. You will be assigned.

4.  Agenda for December 3rd:  7:25 – Meet in PCHS Auditorium for check-in  8:15 – Load Buses for departure  9:00 – 9:30 AM – School Registration  9:30 AM – Advisors report to work stations  10:00 AM – 1:30 PM – Role Plays  3:00 – 4:30 PM – Awards Session  5:00PM –Return to PCHS

5.  Guys: Dress pants, Shirt, Tie, Blazer or Suit, Dress Shoes  Girls: Dress, Skirt, Blouse, Blazer, Dress Shoes

7.  Bring a pen/pencil!  Address ALL THE PERFORMANCE INDICATORS!!!!!  Be Confident! Firm Handshake…Eye Contact  Introduce yourself!  Use the paper! Make something: Brochure, Business Card, Foldable  Thank the Judge!  Check out the practice Role Plays on Blackboard  BE 15 MINTUES EARLY TO YOUR CHECK IN!!!

8.  You have 1 hour for lunch. Travel with a group.  Check Out and In with the Chaperones  If you can’t walk there eat and be back in 1 hour DON’T GO.  NO CABS! NO EXCEPTIONS!  If you have an early role play eat lunch after.  If you have a late role play eat lunch first!

9. To qualify for State Competition you must: 1. Make proficiency in you District event. 2. Comply with all PCHS Districts Rules. 3. Complete a Written Event project – Due Jan 4. Submit all payments/registration on time. 5. Be in good academic/behavioral standings in your classes.

10.  Tuesday Dec 15 th  For all students who qualified.  Attendance is MANDATORY if you want to go to Greensboro!!
