Mary Breaks the News
3
Eight months later a child was born unto Mary and Joseph.
4
Rumors of the miraculous “virgin birth” spread far and wide.
5
Joseph told everyone his child was the son of God.
6
Many there were who laughed in Joseph’s face
7
but in a far away land three wise men heard the news
8
and they decided to go check it out for themselves.
9
They traveled to Bethlehem to see the newborn king.
10
Three Wise Men Go Shopping

The wise men presented their gifts to the infant Jesus
12
Whereupon Jesus burped, getting the first laugh of his career.
13
Mary and Joseph were happy to get the gold.
14
They moved into a nicer neighborhood
15
with a good school district and easy access to retail outlets.
16
They gave baby Jesus everything he ever wanted.

Happy Birthday, Jesus
18
Mary and Joseph were very proud of Jesus
19
He excelled in every subject – reading, history, athletics
20
Well... he wasn’t so hot at math.
21
But the thing Jesus liked most was going to the theater.
22
His favorite entertainers were magicians and comedians.
23
Eventually he started telling jokes in the town square.
24
When he heard their laughter, he knew this was his future
25
but his father Joseph had other plans...

Jesus said goodbye to his family and friends
28
and he left Nazareth behind.

He wandered past the Sea of Galilee
30
across the desert
31
all the way to Jerusalem.
32
where he found a comedy club with an open mic night.
33
In the Beginning...
34
Judas lined up gig after gig in small towns across Israel.
35
At one of these gigs Jesus ran into his cousin, John the Baptist.
36
John was a little kooky
37
but he worked at an awesome spa that gave great baptisms
38
so Jesus got in line
39
and took a refreshing dip in the pool.
40
Jesus Forms His Entourage
41
As he prophesized, Jesus became the biggest act in the land.
42
He went back to Jerusalem
43
but this time he played the Palace.
44
He wrote some hit songs with his disciples.
45
and he opened a big theater in Branson
46
with a spectacular show called “The Divine Comedy”.
47
He was adored and loved. People listened to every word he said.

50
The pressures of fame started to take its toll on Jesus.
51
There was a lot of feasting

54
and sacrifices.

Jesus and the disciples each dealt with fame in their own way
56
Getting wicked tattoos

with lots of women
70
and men
71
and other things
72
sex all the time
73
Things got a little out of hand.
74
Jesus was left with no money, no respect, and no friends.
75
Jesus Needs a Makeover
76
Forlorn and dismayed, Jesus wandered back into the desert.
77
He didn’t know if he was dead or alive.
