3. FREE MATH TUTORING The College of Coastal Georgia Math & Engineering Club is offering FREE math tutoring for high school students. When?Every Saturday in October 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Where?CCGA Correll Building – 2 nd Floor (School of Education) This is a great opportunity to get homework help, study for tests, and brush up on skills for the upcoming SAT and ACT.

COMPASS – 10/6 – FREE - Entrance Exam for Coastal Pines Technical College ASVAB – 10/8 – FREE - test to measure your abilities and predict occupational success (not just for military!) PSAT – 10/14 – Cost = $18 which must be paid when you sign up – for Juniors in the top 10% - enters you into the National Merit Scholarship Competition (limited seats!!). Wednesday 9/30 is the LAST day to sign up!!

6. ARE YOU INTERESTED IN ATTENDING COASTAL PINES TECHNICAL COLLEGE? If you would like to take ACADEMIC or TECHNICAL classes through the Move On When Ready Program at CPTC next semester – come by the Counseling Office and sign up to take the COMPASS exam. This is a college entrance exam required for acceptance into the college. The exam is FREE and will be given during the school day on October 6, 2015.
