2. What has been implemented Webserver –Implemented a method of inputting SNP data from a file. –Can accept simple queries. Return SNPs located on a specific chromosome and / or in a specific location.

3. What has been investigated Investigated several Rubygems, add-ons that we can use in our webserver. –Add on to help in visualization, so that the webserver will be able to display the results of our tests. Looked into the statistical models necessary to associate SNPs with phenotypes.

4. What has been investigated and Revision of Goals Looked into use of AJAX to create a dynamic Java back-end for the server. We have no major revision of goals.
