Scenario - 1 (Implement One Module Each Year) Imp. 2011201220132014 Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 Domestic Provision (feed from Talisman for Global view) Compliance Foreign Provision Imp.Parallel * Imp.Parallel ** Use CoprTax for 2011 & 2012 Returns * Parallel for Compliance may be reproducing prior period return. ** Assume full year parallel Use OneSource to close 1Q12 Use OneSource to produce 2012 Return Parallel ** Use OneSource for 2014 global Provision Burden on Tax staff spread over 3 years, but End State too far off. May be able to extend the Implementation of Foreign Provision – By Region – Does not require all of the same Tax Staff as Compliance/Domestic Provision
