4  Avoid junk food (food high in calories, but low in nutrients) because they lead to: obesity tooth decay loss of appetite for eating nourishing food

6  Minimum of 60 minutes per day  Minimize TV, video games, & computer game time

7  6 & 7 year olds need 10.5 to 11 hours  8 to 9 year olds need 10 to 10.5 hours  10 to 12 year olds need 9.5 to 10 hours

8  Unable to concentrate which affects learning ability & quality of work  More likely to be overweight  More irritable  More prone to bullying others
