3. Brenau University 2011 A top Advocacy Team A team consists of 3 students. In each round one student co- mediates with a student from another school. The two other team members play an attorney and client in a mediation in another room. There are usually 3 rounds. Students play a different role each round: mediator, attorney, client

Georgia State University 2011 Second Place Advocacy Team Third Place Advocacy Team The facts of the mediations usually involve a legal dispute: automobile accident, property damage, employment discrimination, etc. A short time before the Tournament, we are given the general facts for 4 mediations. At the Tournament, 3 factual situations are selected, and attorney/client teams are given additional confidential facts.
