Collect And Quality Control River/Rainfall Data. Coordinate River Forecasts With Lower Mississippi River Forecast Center (LMRFC). Issue Flood Statements And Warnings. Plan And Execute Conference Call And Briefing Between Corp of Engineers (USACE), United States Geological Survey (USGS), LMRFC, And Ross Barnett Officials When Inflows Exceed Or Are Forecast To Exceed 30,000 CFS at Ross Barnett. Primary Contact For Flood Forecast Information For Emergency Managers, And Other Officials.
