D McCormack, La Jolla CTBT Infrasound 28 Oct 2003 Recap The Global Infrasound Archive (GINA) is an initiative to provide a freely-available academic resource comprising event-based infrasound data provided by station operators.

D McCormack, La Jolla CTBT Infrasound 28 Oct 2003 Summary Global Infrasound Archive (GINA) Data Requesting is now available for testing at: http://www.seismo.nrcan.gc.ca/nwfa/gina/index_e.p hp http://www.seismo.nrcan.gc.ca/nwfa/gina/index_e.p hp It is populated mostly with events from the CD issued after the Kona workshop, with the CSS files repaired, corrected and standardized. Filenames are changed to use a common convention.

D McCormack, La Jolla CTBT Infrasound 28 Oct 2003 Output Options Data is stored internally as CSS3.0 but converted on-the- fly per user choice to: CSS 3.0 GSE 2.0: uncompressed integer integer format: each channel trace is saved as a text file comprising a short header and a list of integer sample values SAC info: information for each trace taken from the CSS 3.0 wfdisc file along with information about the event. jpeg / png image: traces as a PNG or JPEG image
