New Model Developing the system into Two lots Lot 1 – Psychosocial support Sexual Health Promotion, HIV support, Counselling, Peer support Lot 2 – Sexual Health in Primary Care Contraception Offer, Greater Access to Local Services, Targeted Screening Modernise and change the design of services to reflect local need and to work alongside GUM and the London Transformation Programme

Approval to proceed finalised December 2015 On-going engagement with providers and service users October – December Issuing Pre Qualifying Questionnaires Feb 2016 Issuing ITT April 2016 Award contract August 2016 Go live December 2016 Contingency plans in place to allow for delays with the process Timeline – Key Milestones
