5. Tolerator  Believes everyone has the right to be different  Don’t embrace diversity but don’t shun it either  You do your thing, and I will do my thing and let’s not discuss it or deal with it again, and we are okm

6. Celebrator  Value differences  Loves the variety and excitement

7. Compromise  Two or more people settle for less than they want so some of each of their wants can be satisfied.

8. Plodders  Sure and steady they sticck to the job until it is done

9. Followers  They are very supportive of the leaders. If they hear a great idea they can run with it!

10. Innovators  They are creative, idea people.  They offer the sparks

11. Harmonizers  They provide unity and support and are great synergizers as they work with others and encourage cooperation.

12. Show Offs  Fun to work with, they can be tough at times. They often add the spice and momentum needed to bring the team overall success.
