ISIS Certificate Application Fall 2015 Certificate Instructions

Students visit ISIS to apply for completion of their certificate. Under “My Record,” students select “Academic Programs” to verify what certificate(s) they seek.

If admitted to a certificate, it will appear at the bottom. If the student does not see the certificate, they should contact the department offering the certificate and/or apply for the certificate on the admissions website.

Students visit ISIS to apply for their certificates. Under “My Record,” students select “Certificate/Degree Application”

After logging in, students select “Add certificate application.”

Students select the Fall 2015 term, then proceed to the next screen. Fall 2015

Students select the certificate(s) by checking the boxes.

Students verify the spelling of their name. This is how it will appear on their certificate. Then students click the “Submit Application” button.

The last page is as shown here. Students will see green text below the “Application Summary” to ensure their successful submission.
