12.  SSN and DOB must match admissions application  ‘not found’ error means one of two things:  Information entered does not match  Submitted application has not had 24 hours to process  ‘not uniquely found’ error means:  More than one account with same last four digits of SSN and DOB  eID is first letter of first name followed by seven-digit ACC student ID number

13. ACC eID  Student retrieves ACC eID  Validation through correct SSN (last 4 #s), DOB, and official last name on student record  Once retrieved, proceed to “First Time Login”
