6. Things to keep in mind Ordering, Billing, etc. Purchase orders (PO) are to be made to Goodyear corporate. Invoicing will be done by Goodyear corporate and payment is to be made to Goodyear corporate. Goodyear will then pay the local dealer, if necessary. Items in the Market Basket have PeopleSoft item IDs. Items in the catalog/non-Market Basket are to be entered in PS as a special request. It is important to remember that you MUST include the Product Code in the description for a special request. This distinguishes like tires from each other. 6
