Program of Studies Required Administrative Regulation is the Kentucky Program of Studies Implemented by 704 KAR 3:304 Received Final Approval August 2006 Included Requirements for the minimum content standards for all students before graduating from Kentucky public high schools. Specifies the content standards for the required credits for high school graduation and the primary, intermediate and middle level content standards leading up to these requirements.

7. Local Responsibilities Instructional programs must: Recognize the diversity of students and how children learn, construct knowledge and acquire skills and concepts of the disciplines. Schools and school districts are also responsible for coordinating curricula across grade levels and among schools within districts.
