Identify Stakeholders and Volunteers Who are the stakeholders? We have a list Who have we left out? Which stakeholders are represented among current volunteers? Quantify Interest Level of stakeholder involvement Educational institutions? Employers? Level of volunteer involvement Some champions Lots of input Maintaining records on interest and involvement: Are there offerors of “cyber” degrees with interest? Are there sufficient employers out there? Professional societies? Plenty of input on curricular outcomes from a diversity of volunteers? Effort will stand or fall based on interest
