Let’s meet some Veggies! Broccoli Bunch Closely related to the cabbage and cauliflower family. Most powerful cancer fighting veggie. The word Broccoli comes from the Italian word ‘brocco’ meaning arm or branch. Retro Potato Skin color varies from creamy-to-white, yellow, red to even purple. Most of the nutrients in a potato reside just below the skin layer. The starchy carbohydrates give you energy for physical activity.
