You will be able to relate to your boss in a new way and be able to network within the organization – The project is using SDLC. Summarize your possible role(s). How will your knowledge of SDLC help you and give you a competitive advantage? – What would your responses be if the project was developed using RAD? – Using OOD? – Using XP? – What would be the opportunity cost if you did not volunteer?

You ask to see procedures but there are none – What do you suppose will happen if the system fails? – You conduct an informal risk management and conclude no procedures are necessary. What characteristics would cause you to form this conclusion? – If you conclude that procedures are necessary, how will you proceed? Would you involve the IT department? – If you decide to involve the IT department, who would you meet with and what would you communicate to them?
