Iblog Promotion The Technology Advisory Committee (TAC) has approved the promotion of iblog as the consistent means of on-line communication with parents and community members in the district.

Sign up The use of i-blog is very user friendly. Parents, guardians, community members and students can easily sign-up for the automated e-newsletter feature, which will provide them with an automated email. http://blog.dearbornschools.org/maleyko/ http://blog.dearbornschools.org/maleyko/ Users have control over how often they receive the emails, from every time a new post is placed on the blog site to daily, weekly or monthly updates. We have a school level blog, PTA blog and classroom level blog for all teachers. We also use the blog to promote special programs. Ie. Building Professional Development Plan It is critical to build teacher capacity. PLCs are the answer.
